How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The station is close and the city center is convenient, but the hotel itself could use more entertainment options. Staying in the old building, I felt the lighting and overall ambience were lacking and could be brighter.

The station is nearby, and there’s a convenience store and supermarket close by.

The parking lot next to the station was free, which I appreciated. The room lighting was a bit dim.

No positives. There were a lot of bugs and dust mites. The key was so hard to open that when I told the front desk they brushed it off, and on the last day I skipped both the bath and breakfast. The shower room and toilet were cramped—unacceptable for men. I’m itching to avoid it again.

The on‑site hot spring was a highlight, and the TV in the room was large and easy to watch; the staff were all smiling and helpful. A cockroach appeared in the room.
