I was greeted warmly, and even though many reviews warned about bugs, this room was bug‑free. The room itself was tiny, the AC wasn’t working, and the window wouldn’t open, so the air felt stale and slightly metallic.

The price was attractive, the bedding was very good, the room was clean and well equipped, and the staff at reception were especially friendly and attentive. The room was very small, but for a short stay that was still fine.

Everything was excellent; the staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at reception named Rene, who was a great person and made us feel like family. I also want to thank the manager for moving us to a ground‑floor room instead of the second floor because my mum is an elderly lady and stairs are hard for her. Highly recommended.

The reception was polite and gave me good service. One of the beds had bed bugs, so I got bites all over my body. As soon as we entered the room, it was clear that it wasn’t ventilated, there was a strong cigarette smell, and I had to leave the window open to air it out. I would only complain about the cleaning; everything else was fine.
