The room and bathroom were a good size and close to the main platform, but the bed and pillows were bad so I slept poorly, the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was too hot, and we couldn’t open the window because mosquitoes came in.

The location is great, the hair dryer and shower are good, but the breakfast could be more varied and less sweet, it doesn’t really match the picture, and I personally missed cheese.

It’s a walking distance from Sapienza University, the staff are really attentive and helpful, the location is walkable to tourist spots but the hotel itself is very quiet and good, the rooms are really clean, thanks to each staff member, and we will definitely stay here again on future Rome trips; I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Self‑check‑in is well organized, the building is clean and new, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient near Termini yet in a quiet area; it will be my go‑to for future business trips. The breakfast is pretty good, but the dining room is small and cramped.

Everything about the hotel appeals to me: the service is great, the breakfast staff are very kind, the cleaning ladies do a superb job, I have no complaints, my wife and I have decided this will always be the perfect place when we visit Rome, it has everything.
