“I will never go there nor advise anyone to. Yes the views are good but the staff is incompetent and lazy”
I hated the fact that I selected the most expensive room but when we get there the staff gave me the most cheapest miserable room with no Aircon and i did saw it while booking it was R7800 i went for the R13000 one but its like the staff was even lazy to check that matter for me. Imagine given that room after being denied to check in early. The headboard was like it is of my 13 year old boy it was totally different to what i chose. I was so disappointed until i called reception and gove them hard time and that took around 3 hours for me to final change the room and settle. I didn’t like anything i was oissed already, my advice to people is to recheck what you paid for when you get there coz if you dont say anything they will leave you like that. Travelling from so far and be given average while you paid for exceptional service
