How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It sits right on Lake Geneva and close to the small town center, yet the staff seemed more focused on the restaurants they run alongside the hotel than on the hotel itself. For Swiss standards the property felt dirty and rundown, and we would have been better off at the nearby campsite.

The location was fine, but there was no TV, no light at the bed, the breakfast was very sparse, and parking was poor.

Literie et linges de bain confortables. L'accueil : Temps d'attente, à notre arrivée, à la réception : 15 minutes. Quelqu'un nous a finalement vu et est allé chercher la réceptionniste de l'autre côté de la route. Le service : Personnel peu souriant. L'hôtel n'était certainement pas complet. Une chambre à l'étage supérieur aurait été appréciée. Sanitaires : Douche en mauvais état. Luminaire du lavabo partiellement absent. Bruit : Réveil à 05h00 du matin en raison de bruit important dans le corridor (femmes de ménage ?). Petit déjeuné : Léger léger
