The location was good. I mentioned ahead of time that I’d be bringing my dog because the hotel is pet‑friendly, yet we were sent to a back‑room that had a “patio.” I was charged $500 per night for my dog and had to sign a long list of rules, one of which required the dog to stay on a leash in common areas, which I complied with. Meanwhile, the hotel had another dog that was always loose. We were also stuck for four days without TV because the screen said it was due to non‑payment, and despite notifying staff, they kept saying it wasn’t their problem. In almost five days we were only given two rolls of toilet paper, and only one was because we requested it. We had high expectations for this hotel, but we won’t return.

The hotel is right in the city center and easy to reach on foot, but the facilities feel a bit worn out and the night was noisy.

I recommend the hotel provide a list or guide of nearby restaurants, and they should serve coffee and water at the reception; however, watch out for insects and cockroaches and make sure the rooms are properly fumigated.
