“Don’t stay here.”

The attendant issued a full refund right away. The hotel was filthy; we had to drive 30 minutes to find another place. There were dog or human feces on the stairs, a dead insect on the bathroom floor, and the room had a bad smell. The furniture should have been burned.

“We had reservations for a month got to the property and didn’t end up staying so we had to drive an hour out of our way”

We didn’t like anything about the property. The front‑office staff were kind and understood our concerns. We left before checking in because the room was unacceptable: it was dirty, the mattresses were soiled under the sheets, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped, and several areas needed repairs. We found a dead bug by the door, and I suspect there were more. The location felt unsafe and not suitable for families; it seemed more like a place for traveling workers.

“You know in horror movies where they have a motel where people are murdered - this is the place.”

The location is good. The front‑desk guy, who was wearing only boxers, was very friendly. Everything else was terrible.
