Great location, close to the train station and San Lorenzo market, staff were polite and helpful, and after checkout you could leave your luggage and wander the city. The hotel is simple but has everything you need for a short stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything you want to see in Florence. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were truly second to none, always helpful and kind.
