Convenient location and plenty of parking for guests. Breakfast was fine, but the selection was limited and the menu items didn’t change.

Parking for my vehicle was two blocks away and unsecured, and the staff seemed clueless about it, giving me incorrect information. The manager refused to come out and talk about any help, just shut the door on me. The bathtub wouldn’t drain while showering, and there was dirty hair everywhere. The fridge wasn’t clean, and the pillows were useless, feeling mushy and horrible. Overall, this place is a total disappointment.

Parking is in the basement, the a‑la‑carte breakfast is good, and it’s close to the metro. In the past, the Hilton was the pinnacle of exclusivity and class, but this hotel is mediocre at best, with everything looking brown and a bit shabby. Why would anyone choose Holton today?

The location is convenient, but the in‑room equipment is outdated.
