The hotel was decent and offered good value; the lobby had a pleasant look and the rooms were fine with nice drapes and windows. However, we endured a 1½‑hour wait in line for check‑in because only one staff member was handling it, and a software glitch caused the delay. When we finally reached the desk, we discovered that cash was the only accepted payment, so we had to walk to an ATM to withdraw money before checking in, which was a nightmare. The next morning, a Punjabi manager handled the guests politely and was much better.

The hotel was luxurious and the service was good, but the view from the rooftop was a chaotic sight of air‑conditioners, and the bathroom door was broken while the AC failed to cool the large space.

لم يتم استقبالي بسبب عطل بالتكيف ولم يتم استرداد مبلغ الحجز لايوجد اي تنظيم بالاستقبال ولا بالحجوزات. ليس متعاون
