“Un’idea interessante, ma l’esperienza è decisamente da rivedere”
The location is pleasant and quiet, and the concept of the property definitely has potential. The accommodation was clean and can serve as a good base for visiting this part of Champagne. Unfortunately, the live experience does not fully match the expectations set by the pictures, and considering the price, we expected a much higher standard. The jacuzzi, which we thought was included, actually costs about 30 € per day, which we found rather high. The welcome and organization also need improvement: we didn’t receive the keys upon arrival; they were only handed over in the evening. Communicating with the host was difficult because they didn’t speak English. The services offered are far too basic: for two people we were given only one towel, and there were no basic bathroom products like shower gel, and breakfast was very minimal with a very limited selection of packaged items. The idea and potential are there, but the organization, supplies, welcome, and services need to be significantly improved to justify the price.
