The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, making every wish possible and leaving me feeling truly welcomed and well taken care of; a wonderful team that made the stay truly special—thank you! The only downside was that you could hear everything.

The facilities and food at the Riad are meticulously cared for. It’s very pleasant to have breakfast or tea in the central courtyard or on the terrace, and the staff are very attentive; Mustafá was attentive from the initial reservation through to the departure.

The place is nice, clean, warm, and located in the northern part of the medina, and the team there—Mustafa and Ayoub—made sure everything ran smoothly. At check‑in they overcharged the city tax three times as much; after I explained the correct amount per person per night, they recalculated and I paid exactly what was due, but I didn’t let that incident ruin my stay or my review of the Riad.
