The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, the location suited our travels, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean.

Breakfast was phenomenal and the outdoor seating was wonderful, the pool was adequate, and 99.9% of the staff was beyond friendly; however, one housekeeper almost ruined the entire experience, and the front desk failed to inform her of our late checkout, somehow blaming us for it and threatening to take it out on us.

Breakfast was tasty, offering a variety of foods, and I was glad some options were soy‑free because I’m allergic to soy/soybean oil. Overall we were satisfied, especially enjoying the swimming pool and the scenic outdoor area.

The hotel was clean and updated, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Sheila. When we woke up, both lights in our bathroom were out; we’re not sure if we had switched off a main room switch, but they wouldn’t turn on.
