It was a typhoon‑approaching day, so being close to Toyohama‑cho Station was great. The amenities were plentiful and the staff were kind. The only issue was dust on the air‑conditioner vent.

The hotel was friendly, clean, and the staff were super helpful; the location was perfect for my plans in Japan. I can’t think of anything negative.

The machine check‑in upgraded my room at the same price. Even though I was alone, moving from a single to a double made it feel wider, and the sofa and table were a pleasant surprise. I couldn’t hear outside noise, and overall it was quiet. The hallway was clean and gave a good impression. Nearby, there were McDonald’s and Saizeriya, which was a lifesaver when late‑night eateries were scarce. Though I used a different location for the return, the Shinkansen to Otemachi was just one train away, so the location was good. Depending on the season and price, I’d like to stay again. I might have misunderstood, but on the second night I expected the towel to be hung on the door knob (having seen it in other rooms), yet when I returned at night the towel was gone and I used the same one again. If the “no cleaning needed” sign had been clearer, that would have helped.
