“Overall fine.”
Kids had a blast at the pool, but I was upset when I found out I’d been charged an extra $10 per night for the second bed, even though I’d booked a room with two beds.

The staff were rude and the girl at the front desk was badly behaved, which made the experience very unpleasant.

The price was reasonable, but the shower ran cold before I could wash my hair, and its nozzle had buildup that needed CLR. The ceiling above the toilet leaked and was poorly patched. Breakfast was awkward: no coffee an hour in, a sign forbidding us from taking breakfast items to the room, and I had to leave my food behind because my husband wasn’t there. I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t allow food back to the room. The room had a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker, and cigarette butts littered the area despite being a non‑smoking hotel; smoke from other rooms still drifted in. The beds were uncomfortable, though acceptable for the price.

No shampoo or Kleenex available, which was disappointing.

The location was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the pool water was so cold that my lips turned blue; I chose the hotel mainly for the pool, so I won’t return.
