How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The terraces were very pleasant, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the self‑check‑in worked well for us because our flight landed at 3 am! The citadel and the Roman amphitheatre are easily reachable on foot, though the place can be a bit noisy – the doors in the corridors slam loudly and you can hear them from the rooms.

青旅位置尚可. 约旦交通不方便，定这里是看到有旅行社的行程可以报。我到的当天，询问前台旅行安排，推销起来积极得很，我当天就报团了，匆忙间还在前台换汇交约旦币现金参团，损失了不少点数。前台允诺我回来后给我下面的床铺，然而我回来后青旅没有做到。 旅途中，询问问题没人理会，也没有明确的行程，一直在变化，中间还出现了安排的失误。 回安曼正式入住后，我使用厨房，每次都打扫的很干净，作为一个外国游客，我不懂阿拉伯语，英语也不好，并不是很清楚所谓的周二清理冰箱，食物上要贴名字，昨天带回来的羊肉饭并不便宜，但是里面有油，所以没办法做标志，早上起来就出门游玩了，回来就发现东西被丢掉了，试问，那么大一份羊肉饭，大块的肉还在里面，这么像垃圾？才放了一天就给我扔掉？ 问就是贴了告示，是的，贴了告示，不可以微信再提醒一下吗？多问一句会累死吗？ 整个过程里面，我只能理解为青旅管理不善，员工不负责任，更严重些，就是歧视中国游客，这些事给了我在约旦旅行中最差的感受，明天我即将飞往伊斯坦布尔，约旦和安曼，你这家青旅，永远进入黑名单，真的很差

A superb hotel, inexpensive, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a great view and a beautiful location close to the citadel. The staff are lovely, especially Irina, the food is good quality, and overall it was a very nice stay.
