“Custo benefício ruim.”

Parking is convenient, breakfast is good, and the location is great. When booking a 4‑star hotel, we expected a noticeable return on the cost of the stay, but that was not the case. The room has terrible acoustics, both at the window and in the corridor; the doors are extremely noisy; the bed was far from comfortable; it rained heavily, water entered through the window and got a bit on the luggage; the TV is awful, only free channels with terrible reception. I believe they need to invest in improvements; if they want to sell 4 stars, they must live up to that.

“Hospedagem para a Maratona Internacional de Foz do Iguaçú 2026”

I stayed in room 435 with a Jacuzzi tub, which was great for relaxing the muscles before and after the marathon, plus the pool. Breakfast was varied, but I missed a tapioca. Room service brought me a Bolognese pasta for R$33, which I liked, even though it had little pasta. The location was great, just a block from the hotel partnered with the race (Hotel Bella Itália), the JL Shopping waterfalls (I ate twice at Muffato Gourmet’s restaurant, about R$59/kg), and the walking trail (I did a light jog before the race to loosen up). I received a complimentary transfer on arrival (airport‑hotel). The hotel is old and needs some spot repairs (in the room, two registers and the shower drain were loose); the mattress was a bit soft for me (probably fine for most people); the front‑desk staff at my checkout (28 October, probably Paraguayan) were not at all friendly (I asked about the missing pen because I intended to fill out the feedback form in the room).

The rewards policy was applied correctly, but I didn't see any notice that the jacuzzi was out of service.
