The rooms were clean but quite old and in need of renovation. The food was adequate, with enough to eat, but nothing particularly special or memorable. The biggest disappointment was the lack of English‑speaking staff. While reception could communicate in English, it was very difficult in the restaurant and other areas of the resort. For an international hotel, better English communication should be a basic expectation. Some restaurant staff were quite rude and not especially welcoming, which negatively impacted our overall experience. Overall, the resort was acceptable, but the outdated rooms, average food, communication difficulties, and the attitude of some staff prevented us from giving it 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement.

Nagyon tetszett maga a szallida belul juvul. Tetszett a k8s lugason átmenni a strandra Finomak voltak az ételek,és az innivalók is!!!. Csak ajanlani tudom!!. Egy dolog nem tetszett,hogy a tengerpartra ha lementunk de.már nem volt szabad nyugágy😪 Keves az ennyi embetnek

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden.”

We stayed as a family and felt very comfortable from the start. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. We especially appreciated the support for our wheelchair‑bound companion; we were helped at all times and never felt left alone with our needs. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The location is also nice and pleasant. For us, it was especially important that the hotel is wheelchair‑accessible and that the staff were so understanding and helpful. Thank you to the whole team for the warm care and the lovely stay! ❤️ We’ll definitely come back. Nothing to complain about.

We loved the welcome, the staff’s kindness, the Kids club, and the facilities for children – my kids adored them. The location requires a car or taxis, though there are buses and a bus stop directly opposite.

Our time at Alania Resort Spa felt like a magical story we didn’t want to end; the vacation exceeded even our boldest expectations with every detail arranged for a perfect family getaway. The free hammam impressed us from the first visit, and a professional manual therapist’s massage worked wonders on my back. A highlight was the complimentary fish‑tank massage, which was both unusual and delightful. Children’s entertainment was superb, with a daycare‑style club operating two hours in the morning and evening, letting parents relax while kids are cared for, and we could even retreat to our room during the hottest midday. When the sun was intense, the indoor heated pool inside the building offered comfortable loungers. The property boasts its own water park, and just across the street another huge water park belonging to the hotel adds even more excitement for both kids and adults. Animation was a solid 10/10; the animators were the heart of the hotel, keeping boredom at bay with constant activities, lively contests and games, plus open‑air evening discos and special kids’ discos that were priceless to watch. Shopping was convenient with numerous on‑site stores—souvenirs, clothing, groceries—and stepping outside led to stalls selling all kinds of Eastern sweets. A bus stop on the main road nearby made traveling easy. Huge thanks to the entire team for their care and festive atmosphere; we fell in love with this place and will definitely return. No negative feelings at all.
