The location was fine, but the hospitality was completely absent. I understand it’s a B&B for medical needs near a hospital, so they don’t cater to holiday guests who can be more demanding, but a bit of courtesy would help. I asked to change a sheet because my father’s was damp, and the lady said I had to pay for it. I received a message asking if we had broken a toilet paper holder during the stay (we hadn’t even checked out yet), apparently to charge me for it. It was disappointing, especially because I didn’t see any consistency or skill in handling guests. She contacted me about a supposedly broken toilet paper holder when I checked into a room with a broken wardrobe drawer, a piece of plastic left by the previous guest, mold in the shower, missing bathroom fixtures, kitchen chairs with broken backs (dangerous) and all dirty, stained cushions. If you can choose another place, do so; unfortunately I know it’s convenient for the hospital, but give your money to those who treat you with respect. The photos let you judge.
