How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were lovely, bright, and in our case we had a view of the Scharmützelsee steaming at sunrise. Breakfast was good, and there were nice restaurants for dinner. We only had the Pechhütte available, so booking in advance is recommended, but it was no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna area is beautiful, with various saunas, even outdoors, and two larger swimming pools where you can only swim clothed.

The location was perfect, right on the harbour. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. However, despite telling them we were arriving with a wheelchair user, the room wasn’t suitable. The bathroom was very small, and the shower couldn’t be used because the layout was odd and the door was always in the way.

The breakfast was very good, the staff extremely friendly, and the rooms were nice. The location was right by the water, there’s a lovely park nearby, and the spa area is very beautiful. Everything was great.
