The place was clean and in a good spot, but the check‑in took several hours even though I had done the online check‑in, the lift stopped working one day, and the sound from Paddington station was annoying.

The hotel’s location was very convenient and the reception staff were good, but the room was a tight squeeze and the restaurant was out of service, so breakfast wasn’t a real success.

The location was perfect right next to Paddington station, so I could just roll my luggage from the train straight into the hotel; getting to the airport on the Heathrow Express only took 15 minutes. Ayesha and Abdul were very friendly and helped me upgrade my room, and I’m grateful for that. The toilet felt a bit old, but it was still okay.
