I recently stayed at this hotel and had a few mixed experiences. The rain shower in the bathroom was a lovely touch, but unfortunately, I found the room to be quite dirty. What really caught me off guard, though, was the lack of a telephone in the room - it would have been helpful for making calls or ordering room service. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown, but the rain shower was a nice highlight.
