The property is modern and well‑equipped, and a 30‑minute drive to San José del Cabo airport would have been convenient. On arrival I waited 3 hours for someone to open the gate; the owner doubted my booking even after giving the confirmation number, and I never received a room key—only a remote for the gate—raising serious security concerns. After the first night I again had no key and left early. No further communication from the owner followed.
