Clean and comfortable? I guess so.

The free breakfast was good, but there was a huge wooden spider in my room; I killed it but stayed paranoid the rest of the night.

The price was good in a decent location, there was a restaurant nearby and a couple other amenities, but I was sent to the last double‑bed room they had, which was in the middle of renovation, the mattress still wrapped in plastic, paint and debris everywhere, and there were zero linens. When I called the front desk they were unapologetic and told us there was only one room left—a king room. I was traveling with my children and I paid for a room that slept four but received a room that only slept two. I went to the front desk and told them it wasn’t going to work and the very rude front desk lady said she had zero ability to refund me because I booked through a third party. I went to the Holiday Inn next door for a room and their front desk person was more helpful trying to find alternative lodging for us despite being fully booked.

The breakfast was really good and the location worked well for me, though the building’s layout felt a bit odd but still acceptable.
