The house was very well kept, but the breakfast options were limited, so if someone else woke up before you, you might miss out on everything.

Five minutes from Malatesta station, the bed was more comfortable than the average B&B, and the bathroom was new and clean. The air conditioner didn’t work, and even though we asked the host for help, he replied, “I’m cold, everything works here,” which was obviously untrue; he seemed indifferent. We pointed out the difference between the AC in the common area and the one in the room, but it felt as if we hadn’t said anything. A bit more care and attention for guests would be desirable. The room is part of an apartment with other rooms, and the price may be a bit high for the area.

The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the metro was close. The breakfast was weak.
