Hot water was available and security felt solid, but the corridor was noisy from other guests, the linen looked old, the kettle was broken, and the cups and glasses left in the room were dirty.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, with a hard top that made sleep difficult.

It's a shame the bed was a letdown, as the place itself is spotless and the blankets are still fresh. Every time you turn around, the bed creaks and it's not exactly the most comfortable or soft surface.
