Convenient, friendly staff, and a place that’s definitely worth returning to—excellent value for money. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer, but overall it was very good.

We were assigned a family room with a double bed and a lofted twin, and the moment we opened the door we were hit by a dead‑mouse smell and even saw droppings on the loft bed. I called the manager, who promptly moved us to another room; the new place was free of odor but still had some droppings, so they offered to replace all the linens and we accepted. The hotel is right on the beach, has live music nearby, and serves a simple but decent breakfast, which made up for the rodent hassle.

The hostel radiates a great vibe—from its colorful décor to the on‑site shows and attached pizzeria—and the staff are genuinely attentive. It sits right on the sea front, so the view is unbeatable, and any problem we raised was sorted out straight away by the management. Overall, a solid spot for a beach‑side stay.

I really enjoy the crew at the hostel and the place itself, so I’ll be back next year; there was a small hiccup during my stay but they fixed it fast and I left completely satisfied. A big thanks and a hug to everyone there—Professor Maurício Eloy, writer and bookseller.

The staff were friendly and attentive, which was a plus, but a water tank above my room started leaking loudly overnight, ruining my sleep. We got a new room the first night, yet the next night the water kept splashing and banging on the roof, and the final morning’s breakfast only happened because an employee, after failing to get a kitchen key from the owner, bought food himself from the nearest bakery for the guests.
