I finished check‑in without ever meeting the staff. The walls are thin, so sounds from rooms up, down, left, and right were loud and I couldn’t sleep.

The room was modern and very clean. The location is super convenient, surrounded by cute restaurants, izakayas, and cafés. The toilet was in the room but had no door, just a small curtain—no problem for me traveling alone, but it could be a bit embarrassing for others. I’m not sure about other rooms.

The location was great. Close to the station and easy to reach sightseeing spots. The room was very clean.

The location was good; I could walk to Hakata, Canal, Donki Nakasu Kavatabashi, and other spots within 10 minutes. Luckily I didn’t use a blind restroom, so it was comfortable. The bathtub was large, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room was wide enough for two suitcases. (I’m not sure about other rooms.) Self‑check‑in wasn’t a bother for me, and there were pajamas on the first floor for a comfy night. There’s a tasty yakitori spot just a 2‑3 minute walk away. The room had a window, so I could ventilate. Family Mart was 3 minutes away, and Seven‑Eleven was about 6 minutes across the crosswalk—quite close. There’s also a shrine nearby, which might appeal to those curious about the experience. The floor is carpeted, so as a Korean I kept slipping on the smell of foot odor even when I wanted to take off my shoes; I ended up wearing slippers I brought. An odd, lingering odor kept rising. The heating was a heater, not a floor boiler, so it was dry—typical of many Japanese hotels. The head of the bed faced the window, so my nose got cold when sleeping, and I wore a mask. When the heater wasn’t working, I asked the staff on the first floor, but they didn’t understand English, and communication was tough. Later I got a generic “wait, we’ll see, I’ll contact the manager” reply, which was disappointing. Opening the window was good, but from 9 am to 9 pm nearby restaurants produced food smells, which was a let‑down. The room was on the second floor. During my stay other accommodations were more expensive, so I chose this place for its cost‑performance. I’m not sensitive, but I wanted a hotel vibe, and this felt more like a motel.

位置很好可惜沒機會嚐到對面的蕎麥麵. 走道狹小,出入口只有單一電梯
