The service was great, facilities were okay, and the staff were really friendly. I didn't have any issues during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was really disappointed with this place. The staff, although smiling, didn't speak a word of English, which made things tough. I saw a big common area with tables set for meals, but when I asked if I could grab a bite or have breakfast there, the receptionist shut me down. The room wasn't impressive either - the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there were no toiletries provided, not even soap.

The location was great, but that's about it. The bed was dirty, the bathroom was a mess, and we had to ask for a room change because there were ants and insects in the bed. We did get a new room, but it was pretty similar - not exactly what you'd want.

The staff were nice, but that was about the only positive. When I arrived, I was greeted by stains on the double bed, stains on the walls, and even hair in the bed. They moved me to a room with two single beds, but it still had stains and a leaky toilet. Not exactly the best experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful - they even sent a forgotten item to my address two days later, which was really cool. However, the bed I was using was broken. Still, I was pretty impressed with the service.
