I didn’t get to stay because there was only one person to check me in my room, so I want my money refunded to my American Eagle card; I’m unhappy paying for a room I never used. Call me at 2566137656. There was no staff at the motel that night, and I had to wait for someone who never showed up.

The location was close to shops and restaurants. My pull‑out sofa had no mattress, and the front desk lady offered blankets as a replacement, which was ridiculous. Another male associate, whose name I didn’t catch, found a mattress and was very compassionate and helpful, resolving the issue.
