The location was nice, but the price‑performance didn’t match. The staff were hard to find and communication was scarce. The tablets in the rooms didn’t work, and the place felt a bit dated.

The place was clean, but it was very outdated, a clear case of modernization backlog. The bathroom lacked tiles, and for two people there were only two shower towels but just one hand towel and a single towel holder. A coffee pod machine on the hallway was self‑served and very unhygienic, and a shared beverage fridge was chaotic. The staff were not easily identifiable, and when I asked for coffee cups, they said the house was full, so I couldn’t get them. It seems the staff key is wrong. The rooms are absolutely overpriced for the standard offered.

The location was amazing, I loved the woolen carpets, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a charming feel.

The staff were very friendly, the outdoor terrace was lovely, the garden was large, and the historic Horel from the Bismarck era was charming.
