The spot’s great and you can hop onto JR and the subway right away, plus there are loads of restaurants around. The room itself feels cramped, especially the bathroom; you can’t even walk through with a suitcase open. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, except for one person.

The two connecting rooms with two bathrooms compensated for the small size of the rooms. The location was very close to the metro and the buses. The cleanliness was excellent and the soundproofing was good. The rigidity of the reception staff was a problem; we asked them to book a restaurant for us but they wanted us to be present at the time of the call even though we were out exploring the city… in the end we managed on our own! The breakfast could have more sweet options.
