How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Since I was traveling by bike and only stayed here to sleep, the hassle‑free check‑in via WhatsApp was convenient. The room was fine, the bathroom modern. I could lock my bike safely next door. The location, right in the center, was top! There was nothing to complain about.

Very clean property and abundant homemade breakfast prepared by Mrs. Vania. Staff very helpful and welcoming, great location just steps from the Duomo and the center… I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone; my partner and I will definitely return! Everything was perfect.

I stayed in a cozy room right in the historic centre, just a few steps from the Duomo, restaurants, and shops, and it was easy to reach by train. The homemade sweet breakfast was lovely, thanks to the friendly lady who ran the breakfast service, and the room was quiet with a direct view of the walls. When I visit Grosseto again, I’ll book here. The only thing missing might be a chair or a stool.

The room was very nice and centrally located, though it was a bit noisy. When I booked, I asked for gluten‑free and lactose‑free breakfast, which was granted, but then it was not provided.

The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and the whole apartment was stunning. We had a hearty breakfast that left us satisfied.
