How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. What more could you ask for? The only reason I'm giving it a neutral review is that I didn't have any major complaints. The staff was helpful, and the amenities were convenient. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location, this place is a good choice.

The hotel's location was perfect for foodies, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The toilet in our room was broken, and to make matters worse, we never had any clean towels. We even spotted a mouse scurrying around the room, which was pretty gross. To top it all off, the trash outside the doors was always overflowing and dog owners seemed to think it was okay to let their pets poop anywhere.

The rooms were spacious, but the real issue was with the staff. They somehow managed to overcharge my card by a whopping $400. It was a huge mistake that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but our stay was cut short by five days when the hotel decided to end our booking. We were told we'd receive a refund, but so far, no luck. It's been a frustrating experience, and we're still waiting to see if we'll get our money back.

I'm still fuming about my disastrous stay at this hotel. I checked in on the day before Thanksgiving, and things quickly went downhill. The first room they gave me was a total dump - it looked like a party had just wrapped up there. I asked for a different room, but the second one was just as bad, reeking of cigarette smoke that made it hard to breathe. I was handed a third room, but by the time I saw the roaches scurrying around, I knew I was out of there.
