The bathroom mirror light wouldn’t fully turn off, and the breakfast offered was subpar.

The staff were friendly, but the room lacked two chairs, the two queen beds that were booked, and there were no handicap grab bars in the restroom.

“Comfortable enough stay. Rude staff.”

The place was decent and the spot next to I‑84 was tolerable, but the receptionist was shockingly rude and aggressive when I asked her to swap rooms because the lights in the original room weren’t working. I did bring it up to the general manager, who told me that the receptionist has been disciplined for her behavior. Overall, it was a bad experience—vacationing shouldn’t involve needless drama from someone who should be welcoming and efficient.
