The location is very good and the property is well maintained.

The place is right next to the venue, but the room was awful: it smelled bad, a roach was in the bathroom, a dead bee was tucked in the comforter, and the window near the restroom wouldn’t lock.

The location is fine, but the building feels like a relic: the paint is peeling, there are stains everywhere, and the bathroom looks old and unclean.
