The spot is great, the staff are warm and helpful, the room is spacious, the shower is excellent, and the mattress is decent. The downside is the poor ventilation – the room gets humid quickly.

Es un lugar muy lindo, limpio, cómodo y no tiene malos olores. Lo único que no me agradó es que la habitación estaba cerca de un elevador y hacía mucho ruido

The place is very clean and tidy, the daily housekeeping is good, and the location is close to tourist spots. The room could use more organizers: a towel rack, shelves in the shower for toiletries, and more outlets, as there was only one.

No real positives. There were cockroaches in the rooms and they were dirty.

The location and view are nice, close to plazas, museums, etc. You have to press the bell to enter and sometimes the staff takes a long time to open, otherwise everything was excellent.
