I was pleased with my stay, as everything was good. However, I didn't have any particularly standout experiences, and it was just an average stay.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and its affiliation with OYO. The property was listed on their website for my destination, but it turned out to be nowhere near where I needed to be. Despite being told that my reservation would be canceled and I wouldn't be charged, I was still charged and have been getting the runaround from both the hotel and OYO.

“It's convenient for me to stop as I travel through but have noticed over the property has run down”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and made it easy for me to get on and off the highway, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no soap at the sink or shower, and the bathroom was also missing shampoo and conditioner. To make matters worse, the carpet was stained and I could smell smoke as soon as I walked into my room, despite specifically asking for a non-smoking unit.

“Would not stay here again”

My stay at this hotel was marred by a few unpleasant surprises. On the plus side, the towels were great, which was a welcome respite from the other issues I encountered. However, the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, and I was taken aback by a certificate of someone's drug rehabilitation taped to the mirror. To top it all off, when I walked to my room, I saw someone cooking in one of the other units, which was really weird.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find out that they didn't have a room available for me, despite having a confirmation. It was a disappointing start to my stay, and I was left feeling frustrated and uncertain about what to do next. The hotel's inability to accommodate me was a clear mistake, and I was not impressed with their handling of the situation.
