How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

When I call the hotel for direction at 1.30 pm they explain everything but I went to check in at 4 30pm as I had meeting at 5.15 I wanted to have shower before I meet my clints but they said they cancle my room due to electric problem but when I call them in english they did not say anything I am sure they sold my room for higher price for someone from here arter I will. Nere ever use booking. Com as u promote such a low quility hotels. U have no obligation for u r service u never take action against for hotels

“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - mega gute Frühstück”

The building is new. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bathroom was huge and had a really good shower. The location is okay; a tuk‑tuk takes 5‑8 min to the fort. We had a balcony. The best part was definitely the very rich and mega‑delicious Sri Lankan breakfast – ultra good! Overall a good value for money. The location is okay, but nothing is within walking distance. In a normal nice neighbourhood. The glass front of the bathroom heats it up a lot and there’s only one window for ventilation to the living area (but there is a window) – which was fine because there were no other guests, but it’s not great if other people are eating breakfast early 🫣

“Sitio tranquilo y acogedor”

Tranquil spot to sleep near the Galle fort. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very economical. Interesting to have your own vehicle to get there.
