The staff and pre‑arrival communication were solid. The setting is beautiful and calm. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back. At least this time I know it isn’t all‑inclusive as advertised; only meals are included. The bathroom door lets light in, so management should add blinds because the light wakes you up. There’s no door to block the sun, so the light hits your face every morning. Even when I tried to hide under the duvet, the light woke me up each time. They also need to correct the “All Inclusive” claim—only meals are included, not soft drinks.

The views from our room, the hot tub, and the outside shower were amazing. The staff—Thami, Mbali, and Junior—treated us so well and made our stay special. Chef Lesedi’s food and plating were amazing; we loved everything about it. The network can be a bit slow, but that wasn’t a deal‑breaker since we were there to relax.

This place truly knows how to do food right – every meal was a masterclass in presentation and flavour. The staff were top-notch, friendly and professional, making sure every need was met with a smile. The rooms were equally impressive, with every detail thoughtfully considered. And then there's the bird life – it's like having your own personal soundtrack, with songs to wake you up and lull you to sleep.
