L'accueil, le personnel formidable. La sécurité et l'environnement, mais il y'a eu coupure une nuit pendant 3h et il y'avait pas de groupe électrogène. Peut être voir ce point mais sinon c'était le seul point passagé.

I'm not sure what the hotel's trying to do, but it's just not working. The room was a mess, the staff seemed clueless, and the whole experience was just a disaster. Maybe they're going for some kind of avant-garde vibe, but it's not for me.
