The room was filthy, with hair in the bed, dust everywhere, and mold in the bathroom. On top of that, the property was run remotely, with no one on site, and the service was unprofessional and lacking in willingness from the manager. I suffered several inconveniences, such as days of unreturned messages (total absenteeism despite having a personal item in their possession) and on‑site appointments that were not honored, with no notice. The troubles I endured were many. I advise travelers planning to stay in Terracina to avoid spending their money at this place and thus skip the unpleasant experience I had. What a shame.

Everything was perfect: the room was clean, the owner was very helpful, the spot was absolutely central and convenient for going to the beach, and for shopping because it’s on the main Via Vittoria. The furnishings of both the building and the room were also great. I liked everything.
