The place is conveniently located in a quiet, peaceful area just 5 km from Amsterdam’s biggest attractions, with easy access to buses and the metro. The room was clean and well‑maintained, and the lovely owner was very friendly and kind.

The host was warm, welcoming, and beautiful, but there was step‑noise from walking traffic at night.

The location is good, communication is clear and flexible, and the room is clean and comfortable enough. However, the listing is misleading: it’s not a B&B but a room in someone’s apartment, and I didn’t realize I’d be sharing the space with another person (besides the host). It says “shared bathroom,” which is different from everything else being shared, so it wasn’t clear or what I expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; for example, when I lost my glasses they offered a free replacement 😄.

The room was comfortable with a decent shower, but it turned out to be farther from the centre than I had imagined, although the transport links were good.
