From the apartment, public transport gets you to almost everywhere easily. Check‑in was straightforward, and communication with the person in charge, Francesca, was very quick and she stayed attentive to our needs. The room looks as in the photos—functional yet cozy. The room is on the upper part of Chaia, which has many hills, but after a couple of days you’ll see it’s well connected and there are flatter streets.

We were greeted warmly by the hosts at check‑in, and the room was immaculately clean and cozy. Sweet treats, cakes, bottled water, and coffee‑making facilities were thoughtfully provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep. Though we only stayed in Naples for one night, I would have liked to extend my visit. The location was spot‑on, and I highly recommend this place. Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The location is fantastic, in a beautiful and convenient area of Naples, with everything you need within easy reach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and at home. The service was outstanding, and the hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended! A well-deserved 10/10! The room was very clean, the bathroom was large and beautiful, and it was just a 1‑2 minute walk from Via Toledo street. Reception operated only 2.5 hours a day, but they were available on WhatsApp all day long.
