The caravan was clean, comfortable, and roomy, and it’s close to shops, a fish & chip place, entertainment, amusements, and the beach. Plenty of parking and outdoor storage are available. There’s an air fryer, microwave, and cooker for cooking. The fuel station isn’t far, and a scenic drive to Barmouth takes little time. The beach is amazing, and the owner’s communication was excellent.

Size of unit was good. No access key to get in , Luckily the office was still open and lent us one for our entire stay . It did not have sheet for bed or towels despite my request for clarification 3 days prior to our stay . We purchased towels . The gas was switched off so we could not cook or heat the unit. I am surprised booking accept them as they do not follow accepted industry standards

The area was nice, close to a beautiful beach, and the supermarket was handy. It just needs a little tidying outside the caravan, but otherwise it was well presented. Thank you.

The caravan fit our needs perfectly, and we brought our own fans to beat the heat wave. It was comfortable and clean. The owner communicated well and was pleasant to deal with. The outside area could use some weeding and tidying.
