The place is in a decent spot, but the room was in terrible shape: the exhaust fan and the bathroom geyser were broken, the TV didn't work at all, and the reception phone never answered.

The published ratings are bogus. At the time of check out the receptionist took my phone under the pretext of checking the PIN and seems to have put a 10/10 rating which I realised on receipt of an email . Room could hardly accommodate a double cot. Hotel not fit for family travel. Room size is too small. Rigged ratings. will lose credibility if they do not visit the hotels before enlisting
