The room was clean, but the hotel isn’t wheelchair accessible: the front door to reception is up many steps and the bathroom definitely isn’t accessible. The only wheelchair entry is through the underground car park.

The hotel is well located, close to a bus stop, which makes getting around a lot easier. The receptionist who served us was very friendly and attentive, making the service very pleasant. The reception isn’t open 24 hours, but that didn’t cause any problems for us.

Small but very family‑friendly, with exceptional service and very kind staff; the room is small but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and high quality.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfy, with a lovely balcony. However, it’s a 2‑mile walk to the city center, the shower was tiny and didn’t work well, and there was almost no free street parking available.

What I liked most was the very personal treatment, something that technology often makes us forget. We arrived a bit before check‑in time and the rooms were already ready; the location is fantastic if you’re traveling to see the Alhambra, both by car and by bus. I have no negative reviews.
