I was blown away by everything – the spot is spot on, just a quick stroll to the town square where you can hit up a mix of bars and restaurants. The house itself is gorgeous, spotless and super quiet, and the hosts were fantastic, serving up an excellent breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

It was the ideal spot for us. I felt so lucky to stay in Pendleton, pay respects at my family’s graves, and see the area where my Henderson ancestors lived back in 1817 and later moved to Reform, AL. The breakfasts we received were lovely. No dislikes at all.

I extended my stay for an extra night so I could visit family in Augusta before picking up my family’s journey on the migrant trail toward Alabama, where they eventually settled. No complaints.
