“perfect”
The rooftop bar was fantastic, and Alan was amazing; front desk and bellhops were also amazing. Nothing else to add.

The hotel was amazing, very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. The room was great—clean, modern, comfortable; I loved the round top balcony door that made the room just beautiful. The location was perfect, with three different metro lines just a few minutes walk away so you can go in any direction pretty much. It was just a short metro ride to the old town, which was very convenient; there is also a nice park with a viewpoint nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, nothing overly exceptional but good enough to start the day.

The hotel has a beautiful, modern, spacious room and a rooftop terrace with a pool. It’s lovely to recover after a busy day. The central location means you can be in the city by Uber or metro. Pingo Doce (supermarket) is across the street. Walking to the city took about 30 minutes and was also doable in October. The pool only has two lounge chairs, which is very few for all the guests of the hotel.

The room and location were good. Housekeeping needs improvement: the floor was not cleaned often, and they struggled to replenish coffee and milk for the coffee machine; I had to ask reception several times.
