The cleanliness, comfort and room amenities were great – perfect for a special someone. The breakfast was very basic; I would have liked to be asked about my desired breakfast time at check‑in because we stayed up late and were called at 7 am to see if we wanted to eat, and I think they should ask the day before.

The room was large, but it wasn’t ready at check‑in; we waited 30 minutes, received a different, lower‑tier room, were told to leave early, couldn’t get breakfast at the promised early time yet were still charged, and any attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.
